No. Training is tailored to your starting point, whether you’re new or returning after time off.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Most clients start with little or no recent training experience.
Do you offer group training or classes?
Yes, training is centred around individuals. This keeps sessions focused, personal, and tailored to each person.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are structured and typically last around one hour.
How many times per week should I train?
Most clients choose either 2 or 3 sessions per week. This is discussed during your consultation.
Is this a busy gym?
No. Training takes place in a calm, private space, not a public gym.
What if I’ve tried before and struggled to stay consistent?
That’s common. This programme provides structure, accountability, and guidance so you’re not doing it alone.
